Christine Bishop

Christine Bishop began her career as a parent educator providing home visiting services to families with young children with a goal of fulfilling YSB’s mission: to ensure that children, youth, and families have opportunities to reach their full potential through their participation in an array of prevention programs, family services, and residential homes. Throughout her career at YSB, she spearheaded the addition of evidence-based programs that positively impact the kids served by YSB. Under her leadership as CEO, YSB continues to employ 60 staff and enlist hundreds of volunteers to implement a dozen different programs that act as a safety net for local kids and families. Christine is a graduate of Leadership Centre County and volunteers with other local non-profits.
