Complete a one-page paper stating why you are interested in interning at the CAC. 

E-mail Richard Servello, rservello@familyservicesinc.net , tell him you are a CMAS student at Penn State looking to do your 100 hour internship/shadowing experience with them and you were interested if there was a spot available.

He will then let you know how he would like you to proceed.
